Since our appointment, Think Different Events have benefitted from our procurement and tariff management services for their electricity and water portfolios.
We tendered their energy contracts through our standard procurement services, after negotiating a low fee to get out of the previous supplier agreement.
For their water services, we changed the meter from an unmetered supply to an assessed supply, which halved the costs. Additionally, we negotiated a higher discount with the current supplier, reducing costs further.
This meant that, during their first year working with us, Think Different Events had already achieved significant annual savings.
